Yelena Boguslavsky is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and development. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at HAVI Global Solutions since September 2013, Yelena specializes in the analysis, design, development, and support of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing applications. Previously, Yelena held the role of Senior Systems Analyst at Nicor Gas from March 2007 to September 2013, and worked as a Programmer Analyst at Accenture from August 2003 to March 2007. Yelena holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
