Niculescu Cristina is an experienced finance professional with over two decades of expertise in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as Finance Manager at HAVI since February 2017, Niculescu Cristina oversees finance operations for Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with both Romanian (IFRS) and US GAAP principles. Prior to this role, Niculescu Cristina worked at Coty Romania from September 2000 to January 2017, where responsibilities included strategic planning, financial system development, internal control implementation, and leading the SAP project. Academically, Niculescu Cristina holds a Licence in Economics Sciences with a focus on Finance from Facultatea de Economie si Administrarea Afacerilor, and a Licence in Electro-technical from the same faculty. Additionally, Niculescu Cristina is pursuing ACCA certification and is a member of CAFR.
