Debora Smits is an experienced professional with a background in organizational development and coaching. Currently serving as the owner and independent coach at Bloei & Blink since March 2022, Debora also holds the position of Advisor in Organizational Development at Havensteder since July 2011, where responsibilities include developing talent management vision and programs, managing potentials, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Debora has been involved as a Development Coach and Trainer at Corporaties In Beweging since July 2019. Previous roles include Project Manager and Policy Advisor at PWS Rotterdam and various advisory positions at different agencies focused on policy cycles related to housing and care. Debora holds a Master’s degree in Human Geography from the University of Groningen and multiple certifications in coaching and management.
