Renee McKenzie is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in compliance management and data analysis. Currently serving as a Training & Development Advisor at Haven Hospice since January 2020, Renee oversees new hire and annual training compliance, manages the Learning Management System (LMS), and performs data analysis and reporting. Prior roles include Talent Development Business Partner at AvMed, where Renee implemented and managed LMS and HRIS systems, and Learning & Talent Management Specialist at SantaFe HealthCare, Inc., focusing on regulatory training compliance. With earlier experience as a Benefits Analyst and Human Resources Assistant at Haven Hospice, Renee also has a diverse background in administrative and operational roles. Education includes a degree in Sociology & Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Santa Fe Community College.
