Anthonie Kaland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management at IHI Hauzer Techno Coating B.V. since March 1999, serving in roles such as System Architect, Manager of Electrical Engineering, Project Manager for Heat Treatment, and Service Manager for Asia. Anthonie's responsibilities have encompassed bridging engineering departments with Sales and Support, managing technical teams, introducing Japanese machinery in the European market, and establishing a branch in Shanghai. Prior to this, Anthonie gained research experience at Eindhoven University of Technology as an Assistant Researcher. Anthonie holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, along with a Post Bachelor in Management and a Lean Green Belt certification.
