Ivette Franqui is an experienced writer and relations manager with a strong background in journalism and communications. Currently a staff writer at Haute Living Magazine since September 2015, Ivette pitches article ideas, writes on key topics related to Miami, and assists with editorial shoots. Concurrently, Ivette has been the relations manager and editor at Ivonne Photo since January 2009, focusing on sales and customer service while collaborating with owners to enhance business operations. Ivette's previous roles include writing for Venue Magazine where responsibilities included managing content and social media, and serving as a reporter for The Reporter, the college newspaper, where foundational journalistic skills were developed. Ivette holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Florida International University and an Associate's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami Dade College.
