Konstantin Kiselev has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Konstantin is currently working as a Director at Conundrum, a low-code software platform that focuses on control optimization in the metals and mining industry. Konstantin co-founded HautAI OU in 2015 and has been involved in the company since then. Konstantin also served as a Certified Instructor in NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, Konstantin worked as the Head of Data Science at Technoserv from 2015 to 2017. Konstantin has also held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at ЛАНИТ, Chief Technology Officer at Crowd Lab, and Lecturer at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Konstantin began their career as a Java developer at Reasoning Mind and later worked as a Data Analyst at AT Consulting.

Konstantin Kiselev completed their education in physics at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Konstantin earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from 2011 to 2014, following which they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics from 2005 to 2011. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued supplement education in management at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Additionally, they obtained certifications in Big Data Specialist from New Profession Lab in June 2015 and Introduction to Data Science from Coursera in September 2014.
