Ioanna Karakosta is an experienced ERP Consultant currently working at A. Hatzopoulos S.A. since January 2024, specializing in technical writing, software training, and ERP implementation project management. Previously, Ioanna served at Lancom Ltd from July 2016 to December 2023, holding roles such as ERP-CRM Specialist, Technical Writer, and Sales Supervisor with responsibilities in team leadership, key account management, IT infrastructure design, employee training, GDPR consulting, and participation in international exhibitions. Ioanna co-founded Inefan, contributing as an event coordinator and communications manager, and volunteered at the Children's Museum of Thessaloniki while also managing social media for Charisma Handmade Jewelry. Ioanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
