Erica Stephenson has extensive experience in sales and operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as Account Manager - Outside Sales and previously as Inside Sales Specialist at Hatfield and Company, Inc. since September 2018, Erica has demonstrated expertise in managing customer relationships and increasing sales. Prior experience includes roles as Special Projects Manager and Sales & Service Office Manager at Tranter, Inc. from November 2008 to August 2018, and as Inside Sales & Service at WCR Incorporated from June 2007 to October 2008, specializing in heat exchanger sales and service. Earlier positions include ERS Transition Lead at GEICO and Outside Sales representative at Empire Imports. Erica holds an educational background from Middle Georgia State University.
