Clare Farrugia is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in performance management and eCommerce. Currently, Clare serves as the Performance Director at Hatched, having previously held the position of Senior Performance Manager at Ultra Violette Skincare, where responsibilities included overseeing paid media strategies and managing eCommerce websites. Clare's early career at Alpha Digital included roles from Account Executive to Senior Account Manager in Digital Performance, driving results across diverse industries. Additional experience includes content strategy at Assisterhood, digital production for Y&R ANZ during the Commonwealth Games, and various marketing roles in community management and social media. Clare holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from The University of Queensland and completed a Customer Journey Mapping course through ADMA IQ.
