Chaz Heitner is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various sectors, including digital finance, hospitality, and outdoor media. As Co-Founder of Hatch since March 2017, Chaz aims to revolutionize the future of work through a talent matching platform. Concurrently, Chaz has been a Co-Founder of Zip Co Limited since June 2013, contributing to its position as a global leader in digital finance and payments. Active in community engagement, Chaz participates in The Observership Program and previously served as a Board Observer for Emanuel School. Chaz led Village Hospitality Group as CEO from January 2014 to March 2016, building a high-performing team and a successful hospitality brand. With a background that includes founding SeeMedia and holding an executive role at Macquarie Bank, Chaz's education includes a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from UNSW.
