Capabilities include a wide range of progressive and transfer die technology with presses ranging from 100 to 1,200 ton. Hatch also provides a wide range of assembly capabilities which include laser welding, resistance welding, robotic mig welding, robotic and automated component assembly, tapping, staking and orbital peening. 

OEM+ Tier 1 automotive suppliers rely on Hatch to create and develop part designs, blue print creations and enhancements for their products. Using the latest CAD / CAM programs, Hatch designs products to meet functional and mechanical criteria. To ensure manufacturing precision, to meet customer criteria all blue prints are reviewed for accurate geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
