Mark O'Connor worked as an AGC at El Paso from December 1990 to February 2002. Mark then joined Hatch Mott MacDonald as Vice President & General Counsel in May 2002 and is currently employed in that position.

Mark O'Connor attended Fordham University from 1969 to 1973, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. Mark then pursued further education at New York Law School from 1973 to 1976, earning a JD degree.
