Donald Lazzaro is a Senior Project Engineer with extensive experience in bridge, highway, and tunnel engineering, having worked at Mott MacDonald and Hatch Mott MacDonald since July 1996. Mr. Lazzaro specializes in bridge design, inspection, and rating. Prior to this role, Mr. Lazzaro gained experience as a Counselor for SYETP and as a Laborer with Oneida County. Mr. Lazzaro holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
