Britt H. is currently the VP, People at Hasura since July 2022. Prior to joining Hasura, they held the position of Proactive Executive Search Leader at IBM from March 2021 to June 2022. They also served as the Director of Global Human Resources at Instana from June 2019 to December 2021. With a background in Psychology, Organization and Human Resources from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master's in Human Resources from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, they have a strong foundation in people management and strategic business partnerships. Throughout their career, they have held various HR leadership roles in companies such as InnerWorkings, Envoy Global, ComPsych, and Follett.
