David Sepesi began their career in 1970 as a Sales Engineer at The Timken Company. In 2001, they moved to Loc Performance Products, Inc. as Director of Sales. In 2007, they were promoted to VP OEM Sales at Hastings Manufacturing.

David Sepesi attended Lawrence Technical University from 1966 to 1970, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
