Mahad Abdi Ali currently serves as Country Manager and previously held the position of Marketing Manager at Hass Petroleum since March 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Researcher at Forcier Consulting from January 2016 to February 2018, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring and evaluation, data collection, and reporting. Mahad also worked as a Lecturer at Beder International University, delivering courses on mediation and negotiation, and as Marketing Manager at Rayxaan Fragrance & Air Freshener, focusing on marketing strategies. Additionally, Mahad excelled as Senior Project Manager at Haqsoor for Peace from February 2012 to December 2014, overseeing peace-building initiatives and conflict resolutions in Sool and Sanaag regions. Early career roles included serving as a Peace-building trainer at Shaqodoon Organization. Mahad holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict from the University of Hargeisa and a Diploma in International Marketing from Africa-Nature Institute.
