Helen C. Hutchison Adams currently serves as the Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Immix Biopharma, Inc., and as a Board Member for Nexcella, Inc., and Prometheus Biosciences, Inc. Notably, Adams has a long-standing career at Deloitte and Haskell & White LLP, where Adams held the position of Assurance Partner and is now a Retired Partner. Additionally, Adams was the Board Chair of Women Corporate Directors from December 2014 to June 2023 and has held board member positions for various organizations, including the Athena San Diego Scholarship Foundation and the California State University at San Marcos Foundation.
