Sam Salisbury is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in security engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer II at HashiCorp since April 2019, Sam focuses on automating and enhancing security workflows and developing software supply-chain security tools. Previously, at OpenTable from October 2013 to April 2019, Sam held multiple senior engineering roles, including the development of the innovative Sous build and deploy system, while also working on RESTful APIs and a significant domain migration project. Sam's earlier experience includes positions at JustGiving, Money Expert Ltd., IT Developers Ltd, and MSDL Ltd, where contributions spanned high-performance web applications, development for price-comparison websites, and a variety of both web and desktop applications. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Software Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
