Melissa Palmer serves as the President of HashiCorp Federal Inc, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Melissa was the Area Vice President for the Public Sector at Puppet and held similar roles at Absolute Software and Red Hat, where notable achievements included significant revenue growth and multiple awards such as the FY 2019 Quarterly MVP Award. Earlier in the career, leadership roles at LookingGlass Cyber Solutions and Intel Security focused on Department of Defense sales, earning accolades such as Sales Director of the Year Worldwide in 2014. Melissa's extensive experience in federal sales began with VMWare as a Navy/USMC Strategic Account Manager. Education was completed at Radford University.
