Elisa Tsang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global workplace programs and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Workplace Programs and Projects at HashiCorp since September 2021, Elisa has held various roles within the company, including Sr. Manager and Manager of Workplace Experience. Prior to HashiCorp, substantial experience was gained at Earthjustice, where Elisa progressed through several positions to become Director of Operations and Facilities over a span of 21 years. Additionally, Elisa contributes as a volunteer at 18 Reasons and Cooking Matters since 2014. Academic qualifications include an MBA from San Francisco State University, along with a Project Management Certification from UC Berkeley Extension and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from UCLA.
