Smruti Monalisa is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in product management, marketing, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Product Specialist at HashedIn since April 2022, Smruti previously contributed to DreamIIM as a team member, focusing on bridging gaps between MBA aspirants and interviewers. Smruti's leadership skills were showcased as the General Secretary of the Cultural Committee at IIM Rohtak, where responsibilities included organizing events and managing committee funds.
