Shubham Kumar is an experienced technology and program management professional with a robust background in cloud engineering, product development, and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Delivery Leader in Cloud Engineering at HashedIn by Deloitte since February 2022, Shubham oversees the full product lifecycle for a workforce management product suite. Prior to this role, Shubham held positions such as Principal Technical Program Manager at UKG and Engineering Program Manager at Kronos Incorporated, where responsibilities included managing project portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives. Earlier career experiences include project management at DXC Technology and software engineering roles at Birlasoft. Shubham holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
