Mark Iwanowski is a veteran in commercial and government space. He has served as principal/founder in successful startups, and has held executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, Global Venture Capitals and M&A firms. Mark was a Senior Vice President Global IT for Oracle Corporation, where he was responsible for managing Oracle’s IT systems in 150+ countries and reported to Oracle Founder Larry Ellison. Mark served as the Managing Director at Trident Capital, a leading growth equity firm in the Silicon Valley with $1.9 billion of capital raised. Mark is the member of the Board for Virgin Galactic, part of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group, developing and operating a new generation of space vehicles. Mark holds an MBA and MS in Engineering from California Institute of Technology and Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to entering the startup and corporate business world, Mark spent four years in professional football with the New York Jets, Kansas City Chiefs, and Oakland Raiders.
