Vicky Gelinas has extensive experience at Hasbro, culminating in the role of Transformation Program Lead since November 2013, where Vicky drives transformation efforts. Previously, Vicky served as Senior Director for the Adoption of Technology, focusing on improving employee workflows through digital tools like SharePoint, Power Platform, and Teams. Vicky’s tenure at Hasbro began in 2000 as the Manager of Web Development, overseeing corporate web experiences and collaborating with various teams. Earlier, as a Sr. Technical Analyst, Vicky contributed to the development of web applications recognized as best-in-class during ISO-9001 audits. Vicky holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Management from Bay Path University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Western New England University.
