Patrick Copeland is an accomplished technology executive and leader with extensive experience in product and engineering roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees at Harvey Mudd College, Patrick is dedicated to fostering the institution's mission in science, engineering, and mathematics. Previous positions include Chief Product and Technology Officer at Zendesk, where Patrick led a large global team in developing GenAI and ML services, and Vice President of Product and Technology at Amazon, overseeing innovation in advertising. Patrick has also held key roles at Autodesk leading product development for PlanGrid, at Google as Senior Director of Product and Engineering, and at Microsoft, advancing from Software Individual Contributor to Partner. Education includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and the University of Arizona, respectively. Additionally, Patrick co-founded a fresh egg delivery startup, demonstrating a commitment to entrepreneurship and community engagement.
