Felix Remennik serves as the Director of Growth at Harvest Thermal since July 2023, where efforts are focused on promoting the energy-efficient heat pump system in the US to significantly reduce home carbon emissions. Prior to this role, Felix was the President of Growth Collective from June 2020 to June 2023, where leadership in sales, marketing, and operations facilitated a thriving marketplace for freelance marketers. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Flex Ads Marketing from August 2019 to June 2023, Felix guided a digital marketing firm aimed at supporting startups and growth-focused businesses. Additionally, Felix founded and chaired the California Green Roof Project, a nonprofit dedicated to energy savings and climate change mitigation through sustainable roofing solutions. Earlier professional experiences include various sales management roles at Google from February 2011 to August 2019, where Felix led high-performing teams and enhanced advertising products. Felix holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed executive education in Advanced Negotiation at Harvard Business School.
