Paul Nicastro is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer success, account management, and hospitality. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at ISG since July 2024, Paul has built a robust background at Harvest Restaurant Group since October 2012, working in roles as a Bartender and Mid-Waiter at an upscale restaurant chain known for its growth in northern New Jersey. Prior to that, Paul held positions at Compex Legal Services as an Account Manager, and at Today's Business as a Business Development Manager and Account Manager. Additionally, Paul served as the Senior Vice President at Allegiance Insurance Brokers from 2018 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes working as a Restaurant Host at Rustic Kitchen Bistro & Bar, which featured live culinary entertainment, and various retail and camp counseling roles. Paul's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Montclair State University.
