Eric W. Fox serves as the Lead People Scientist at Harver since September 2022. Previously, Eric occupied multiple roles at pymetrics from May 2021 to September 2022, including Regional Head of Industrial Organizational Psychology for North America and Senior Industrial Organizational Psychologist. At Hire an Esquire, Inc. from November 2016 to May 2021, Eric was the Director of People Analytics and R&D, where responsibilities included developing psychometric assessments, overseeing people analytics functions, and conducting job analyses within the legal/tech industry. Earlier experience includes positions as a Selection and Assessment Specialist and Recruiting Intern. Eric held the role of Site Director at City Parks Foundation from June 2014 to August 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Queens College.
