Jill Gearhart has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jill began their career at Franklin Pierce Associates in 1996, working as an Account Manager and Recruiter until 1998. Following that, they worked at Alliance Consulting as an Account Manager from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Apps.com as a Business Development Manager for a startup, which was later acquired by Intuit. Jill then moved on to US DataCenter as a Senior Sales Executive in 2000, and to MCI WorldCom as an Enterprise Account Manager from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2014, Jill worked at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise as a Global Account Manager, responsible for various tasks including gathering customer requirements, proposing solutions, negotiating pricing, and project managing implementation teams. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Services and Talent Operations at Harvard Partners, LLP, where they specialize in IT Management Consulting, including IT assessments, business risk and resiliency, and CIO/CTO advisory services.
Jill Gearhart obtained a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Cornell University. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a field of study in Business/Corporate Communications from Bryant University.
