Gretchen Y. currently serves as the Hong Kong Chapter Lead for the Harvard Kennedy School Women's Network since March 2023 and is a Member of the Board of Directors for WIRE Women in Real Estate, where Gretchen established the Asia Chapter and organizes regular events for female leaders in the real estate sector. Prior to these roles, Gretchen held the position of Director at KKR & Co. Inc. from November 2021 to July 2024, overseeing fundraising activities for KKR's global real estate franchise. Gretchen also served as the Executive Director at CBRE Asia Pacific from November 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included the operation of a regulated placement agent platform for real estate fundraising. Additionally, Gretchen was a Principal at Hodes Weill & Associates from October 2015 to July 2019. Gretchen holds degrees from Harvard University and Tsinghua University.
