Melissa F. Ely, CPA, CGMA, CTP, currently serves as Division Controller at Harvard Investments since September 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Construction Controller at Shelter Asset Management, LLC from September 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at RED Development spanned from December 2017 to September 2022, during which Melissa advanced from Project Accountant to Project Accounting Manager and finally to Director of Project Accounting. Melissa's earlier experience includes roles as Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant at DMB Associates from March 2006 to November 2017, and Treasury Manager at Olympia Companies, L.L.C. from May 2002 to September 2005. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
