John Grieco currently serves as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Harvard Club of New York City, overseeing daily banquet operations and leading a team in delivering exceptional service to members and guests. Previously, John held the position of Assistant General Manager at Beacon Hill Club and served as the Director of Food and Beverage at The University Club, which is recognized as a premier social club in New York. John has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with roles including Director of Banquet Operations at the Waldorf Astoria and Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. John began a career in hospitality at Four Seasons, eventually managing restaurants and large food and beverage operations in some of the most prestigious hotels. John earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Hospitality Administration from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Toronto.
