Amy Thornton is the Founder of Birchstone Apothecary and serves as a Manager at Little Moss Restaurant. Amy also works as a Substitute Yoga Teacher at Bodyscapes Fitness and as a Yoga Instructor at the Harvard Club of Boston. In addition, Amy volunteers at Women's Lunch Place. Amy previously worked as a Yoga Teacher at Dartmouth YMCA and Simmons College. Amy has experience as a Server at The Restaurant and as a Busser at Garwoods Restaurant & Pub. Amy studied Nutrition & Dietetics and Entrepreneurship at Simmons University.
