Shardule Shah, PhD, MBA, currently serves as a Termeer Fellow at The Termeer Foundation since May 2024, focusing on early-stage biotech and life science organizations. As the co-founder and CEO of Lime Therapeutics since January 2021, Shardule has been instrumental in developing novel therapies for cardiometabolic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer. In addition, Shardule holds the position of Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, collaborating with Professor Satish Tadikonda on course development for an MBA program. Previous experience includes roles as a manager at Roche and Lucira Health, where Shardule oversaw clinical studies and regulatory affairs, as well as serving as a Chief Strategy Officer for Academic Science Journal Editors. Shardule's educational background includes a PhD in Immunology and Molecular Pathogenesis from Emory University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and further degrees in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
