Additionally, Kavitha worked at LinkedIn as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist for Systems and Infrastructure and was a Staffing Consultant for Azure at Microsoft. Kavitha holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Bharathidasan University and a Master's degree in Computer Science Applications from Bishop Heber College.
