Kaitlin Callanan is an experienced sales and coaching professional currently serving as a Coach for the Entrepreneurial Sales course at Harvard Business School since January 2023. Previously, Kaitlin held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Aquatic Labs, a climate tech startup focused on real-time underwater sensing technologies, from July 2023 to April 2024. Prior to that role, Kaitlin was an Entrepreneur In Residence at Propeller, an early-stage climate-tech venture fund. Before pivoting to climate technology, Kaitlin spent several years at HubSpot, progressing through various sales management roles and earning multiple accolades, including President's Club recognition. Kaitlin also took a brief professional break to pursue surfing in Central America and Portugal. Educational qualifications include a Certified Leadership & Executive Coach credential from iPEC Coaching and a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College. Kaitlin's prior experience also encompasses roles at State Street Global Advisors and Equinox.
