Jill Fink is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in gender equity, real estate, and strategic management. Currently serving as the HBS Alumnae Circles Advisor at Harvard Business School since 2015, Jill previously founded and directed the HBS Alumnae Circles, successfully expanding membership to over 2,500 women globally. As a consultant for Three Cairns Group, Jill leads research initiatives focused on advancing gender equity in the private equity sector. Prior roles include Women's Programming Consultant at The Wharton School, Director at Field Real Estate Holdings LLC, Vice President of Real Estate Development at Edison Properties, Senior Manager at American Express, Summer Associate at Boston Consulting Group, and Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. Jill holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from NYU Stern School of Business.
