Lauren Scruggs is a dedicated student at Harvard University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Currently involved with the Harvard Alternative Investment Club, Lauren participates in professional development activities focused on private equity. In the role of Sponsorship Chair and Case Team Lead at Harvard Undergraduate Black Consulting, collaboration and leadership are key responsibilities. As a Fencing Instructor for The Peter Westbrook Foundation, Lauren teaches technical skills and personal development to young athletes. Notably, Lauren is a member of USA Fencing, recognized as the first U.S. foil fencer to achieve back-to-back gold world championship titles. Experience includes a Wealth Management Internship at Bank of America Private Bank, where Lauren managed client relationships and gained insights into investment strategies. Additional roles at organizations such as Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse demonstrate a commitment to enhancing financial wellness and improving diversity in recruitment efforts.
