Michele Schmidt has extensive experience in education, serving as Principal of North Shore Middle School and the LIFE Entrepreneurial School at Hartland-Lakeside School District since June 2006. Previously, Michele held the roles of Director of Special Education and Director of Student Services and began their career as a Special Education Teacher within the same district from 1998 to 2006. Michele Schmidt's educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, comprising a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, a Master of Education in Special Education, and certifications in Pupil Services, Principal, and Superintendent Licenses, along with a focus on Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.
