Nicole Tissen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Business Center Germany at HARTING Technology Group since October 2014, following roles as Regional HR Manager and Leiterin Personalbetreuung. In these positions, Nicole focuses on employee management, consulting for leadership on HR topics, and supporting change projects, particularly in reorganization and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Prior to this, Nicole held various HR roles at HARTING Electric GmbH & Co. KG and HARTING KGaA from 2004 to 2014, where responsibilities included recruiting for technical positions and advising management on HR matters. Earlier in career, Nicole gained experience as a Personalassistentin and Geschäftsführungsassistentin. Educational background includes a Diplom from Hochschule Harz and a Betriebswirtin (BA) degree from Berufsakademie Weserbergland, complemented by qualifications as an Industriekauffrau.
