Joachim Finke has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as an Assistant to Sales Management at WAGO Kontakttechnik. In 2011, they joined HARTING as a Trainee in International Product & Market Management and later became a Global Product Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to a Business Development Manager role and eventually became the Head of Global Product Management, specifically focusing on Network Interface Connectors.

Joachim Finke completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule Weserbergland from 2004 to 2007. Joachim further pursued their education at Hamburger Fern-Hochschule from 2007 to 2011, earning the degree of Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ingenieur (FH).
