Annemarie Holly is a seasoned professional in program management and youth engagement, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Engagement at Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters since February 2021. In this role, Annemarie leads the development of service delivery strategies for training and engagement of volunteers, parents, and children across multiple mentoring programs. Previously, Annemarie held various positions at Nutmeg, including Grants and Program Enhancements Manager and Grants Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed securing funding and managing grant proposals. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director at Greater Fall River RE-CREATION, where Annemarie developed youth programs and community events, and as a Youth Leadership Fellow with AmeriCorps Massachusetts Promise Fellowship, focusing on youth leadership development. Annemarie holds a Master of Science in Leadership with a specialization in Project Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western New England University.
