Paul Bukowski is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning several notable firms in the investment and actuarial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Hartford Investment Management since December 2005, Paul has previously held prominent roles including Senior Quantitative Analyst at ING Investment Management, Partner at Callard Asset Management, Associate at A.
