Kristen LeBlond Bauer has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and legal roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Head of Investment Management Compliance at Hartford Investment Management Co. since January 2011, Kristen has held various positions including Assistant Vice President and Counsel focusing on regulatory matters. Prior to this role, Kristen worked at The Hartford from February 2003 to January 2011 as Director of Compliance, where responsibilities included serving as Compliance Officer for Hartford Advantage Investment Ltd and The Hartford International Asset Management Company Ltd. Earlier experience includes a position as a Compliance Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group. Kristen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
