Kenneth Doney serves as the Manager of Analytics Enablement at Hartford HealthCare since February 2020, leading the establishment of a new analytics team focused on self-service analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve member health outcomes. Prior to this role, Kenneth was a Business Analysis Advisor at Collabera Inc., where contributions involved designing a Business Intelligence and Analytics strategy for Cigna's Global Data and Analytics department. Kenneth's extensive experience at Aetna spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics, where responsibilities included delivering enterprise-level reporting and managing teams to enhance business applications. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
