John Foley has extensive experience in cardiology and medical leadership, currently serving as the Medical Director of the Access Center and Chief of Cardiology at Windham Hospital within Hartford HealthCare since April 2014. Additionally, John Foley holds the position of Chief of Cardiology at The William W. Backus Hospital and directs Cardiovascular Services for the East Region of Hartford Healthcare. Previous leadership roles include serving as Director of Heart Failure at William Backus Hospital from 2012 to April 2015. John Foley earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a specialization in Cardiology from Albany Medical College between 1988 and 1992 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fitchburg State University, complemented by additional studies at Clark University.
