Rob Concepcion has extensive experience in the training field, having worked as a Training Manager at Harte-Hanks, Inc. and TELUS International Philippines. Prior to that, Rob served as a Training Officer and Technical Lead at TELUS International, where Rob conducted training programs for clients such as Microsoft XBOX. Rob has a strong background in developing and measuring the effectiveness of training programs, as well as mentoring new training officers.
