Steven L. DeShields has extensive experience in marketing and brand partnerships, currently serving as the Sr. Partner Solutions Manager for Brand Partnerships at Hartbeat since February 2022. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions at Showtime Networks Inc. from January 2013 to February 2022, including Account Manager and Senior Manager in distribution and multicultural marketing. Steven began their career at Viacom, where roles included Analyst for the Ad Sales Trainer & Operational Development program, contributing to the training of Client Service Representatives and Ad Sales Planners. Earlier experience includes positions at Nickelodeon Kids & Family Group, Atlanta Spirit, LLC, and Cox Communications Media Group. Steven obtained a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Marketing from Delaware State University and has completed additional education in leadership, digital marketing, and public speaking.
