Kim Busch has had a varied work experience, starting with an internship at the Taubman Museum of Art in 2009. Kim then worked as a Research Assistant for Roanoke College Alumni Affairs in 2008 and as a Head Research Assistant to the History Department at Roanoke College in 2009. In 2011, Kim Busch took a job as an Assistant Manager at Aldo Group, and then continued in a similar role at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2013. In 2014, Kim Busch became a Wine Specialist at Zachys Fine Wine, and has since held the roles of Consignment Operations, Senior Consignment Operations Associate, and Director of Auction Marketing/Senior Consignment Operations Associate at Hart Davis Hart Wine Co. since 2019.

Kim Busch attended Roanoke College from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History, Classics and the Ancient Mediterranean World.
